Presentation by Florent : The studio workshop, a study on paperboard, roughly cut into the box of a famous brand of whiskey, as is the support. I interpret this as a wink to the workshop visit which will always be the opportunity to share a glass of scotch, pastis or soda. The format is close to 16/9 - voluntarily, the artist frees himself from the constraints and the standard of white linen. On paper or paperborard; Artist starts with pencil and layer of cut  defining the frame, then, quickly sets an emotion with the oils, it sometimes amuses. The miniatures of COTTAVOZ are an integral part of his work. The workshop invites us to read the canvas: brushes, colored sticks, books, letters, playing cards, bottle and glass of wine.
